Elizabeth Texada
is currently a Professional Company member of Baton Rouge Ballet Theater. She has also performed with American Spirit Dance Company, NSU Tap Repertory, and Red River Dance Theater Company, and studied tap with Jeremy Kiesman of Tap Dogs and Jay Fagan. Ms. Texada has also taught and/or choreographed for Cenla Academy of Performing Arts, Jaime's School of Dance, Susan Hussey Dance Studio, Red River Dance Theater Company, and Family Playhouse. She has had limited studio experience with Hubbard Street, Hubbard Street 2, and Ballet Memphis. A costumer as well as a dancer, Ms. Texada was Costume Designer for LSU's Spring Dance Concert, Scapino!, and the Assistant Costume Designer for Spring Awakening. |
