Tonesha Whittington
Tonesha Whittington is a current faculty member at Cindy Seaton Dance Academy in Pineville, LA. She is also a visiting choreographer at Miss Tommie's School of Dance in Winnsboro, LA. Tonesha has been teaching studio dance for 5 years, as well as teaching at the CSDA Fall Workshop for 4 years. She has studied with Tabitha D'uomo of Napoleon and Tabitha, Shane Sparks, Cris Judd, Dave Scott, Tyce Diorio, Mia Michaels, and Laurieann Gibson at numerous workshops. Recently, Tonesha's pieces have been to many competitions including Platinum National Dance and Dance Teachers United where they have recieved Diamond and Platinum level awards. Tonesha was also awarded the All-Around Choreography award at the Platinum National Dance competition in April 2009. Tonesha makes it her priority to stay current and age-appropriate in her hip hop choreography. |
